Cupcakes :D

Raspberry Cupcakes with Buttercream and Raspberry Compote

Ingredients

Cupcake batter (14-18)
1cup butter, room temperature
2 1/2cups flour
½tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1-1/2cups sugar
2eggs
3egg yolks
1/2vanilla bean, scraped (can substitute with 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1cup buttermilk
Frosting
170g butter
225g powdered sugar
1/4tsp vanilla extract
1lime - juice and zest
Raspberry compote
1cup raspberries
1lime, juiced
1/3cup sugar
pinch salt
